Responsibilities:

As a student, you will play a vital role in our projects from day one. Our flat hierarchy will encourage you to take on a high level of responsibility early in your career and continue to grow professionally as your skillset develops.

During engagements, your responsibilities will include:

  • Software development primarily in Python
  • Management of Linux servers and Docker
  • Hardware tasks (wiping computers, ordering hardware, etc.)
  • Various minor system administration tasks
  • Working with databases

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:

  • You are studying a technical degree, such as computer science or software development, and have preferably completed your second year of study
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with databases
  • Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and IT infrastructure (or a willingness to learn)
  • Experience with version control, we use Bitbucket
  • Ability to complete tasks and take ownership of your projects
